EDUCATION:

To provide a good start to childrens education, Maya plans to train the Anganwadi workers to facilitate early childhood development and ensure that these children go on to class I. Each of the Anganwadis will also be supported with Teaching and Learning materials that will help the children to learn in a hands on manner. Computer literacy and English literacy, linkages to higher education and career counseling. Career counseling to set them off on a fruitful career path. To continue their education journey and ensure a good career, Maya plans in providing mass, merit and excellence scholarships to 10th std., junior college and degree college students respectively. Need-based upgradation of infrastructure to increase enrolment & attendance of students in under-resourced schools. To build separate toilets for boys and girls. To build drinking water structures. To provide mobile libraries and mobile science laboratories. To provided cycles to students for easy access to schools who travel long distances daily. Support poor childrens education. To encourage talented students by felicitating their needs. Donate books and other study materials for needy students. To start and run Primary, Secondary and P.U. Colleges of Arts, Commerce, Science, Technical and Non-Technical Institute in the area to operate the Social Club and to provide good education for poor and needy. To start and run schools for disabled children. To organize lectures, seminars, exhibitions and quiz competition to develop knowledge of students. To conduct free coaching classes for rural students appearing for board exam i.e. SSLC and PUC II. Encourage the rural students in various sports, both the indoor and outdoor sports. To encourage poor and rural talented sportsmen/women by meeting their necessities. To start and run Sport and Cultural Academy to promote the Rural Indian Talents.

AGRICULTURE:

Educate farmers on:

Encourage farmers on organic farming. Drip irrigation systems/ equipment, HDPE non-woven fabric for water storage structures, saplings, fertilizers, soil nourishing micronutrients, sprinklers, high yielding seeds etc. Water conservation, rainwater harvesting and harnessing. Improving access to potable water, underground/over ground water storage. Education including irrigation support, second crop, soil enhancement, training the farmers, producer companies, bio mass aggregation. Using latest techniques like aquaponics and hydroponics. To help enroll on e-NAM portals so they avoid paying to middle men. Aim to improve mechanization at horticulture farms with the use of R&D and high quality farm equipment. A visual and analytical approach of farming. Encourage agriculture combined with dairy farming for more sustainability.

RURAL & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT:

SELF-HELP GROUP

Create SHG by providing training in stitching, jewelry, flowers, bag, soft toys, SOP, finagle, surf, hand wash, painting, candles, agarbatti, beauty parlor, tailoring, embroidery, weaving, bag making, bindi making, etc. Dairy farming.
